Oh my gosh! I have nothing wrong with Rounder’s! The cinnamon pizza is amazing! If only it were bigger! Rounder’s pizza is amazing, and even warmed up in the microwave it’s yummy.

Yes!!! finally a good pizza place. I'm new to town and tried a few others. This one is definitely going to be in the rotation. Crust, sauce, toppings..... BOMB!!!!

Please staff your restaurant!!!!!!! This is the number one reason why I do not come here anymore. You have 1 16 year old at the cash register and 3 more in the back. Really your management technique is horrible.

Pizza was great. However, we ordered the big one for $17.99 and it came with 3 toppings. We had beef and onion on the total thing with 1/2 with jalapeno and other half mushrooms. They charged us for extra toppings. Wasn't happy about that. But the pizza was really good.

They have a new gluten free crust which was good! The staff was a little unsure about what toppings were gluten free, so I just ordered cheese. It was very good and I didn't get sick!

This place has held up as the best pizza in Tyler. Been there many times over the last three years and excellent every single time. Highly recommended especially over the Old Chicago just down the street. Better prices and better food. Service is better too although you order at the counter and they bring it out to your table. After that you are somewhat on your own. This trip though the employees are looking for anyone that may need something and that's just wonderful.

The pizza was delicious, but not a single employee wearing a mask. Disappointed in that decision 😔

Pizza is great with lots of choices and topping options. Fast and convenient. Dine in or take out. Has coke products which is the best.

I ordered a pizza from them from Waitr. The pizza arrived and was not the correct pizza. I called and spoke to the manager and he said he couldn’t do anything about it, and I’ll have to call Waitr. Plus, the other items that was ordered was cold. Not to mention, took them 16 minutes just accept our order and took 4 times calling them before they would answer. Horrible customer service and horrible food. Will never come back.

Just moved down from the Midwest and found our go to pizza place. So far. Everything was delicious.

Fair service and the pizza was good but not "wonderful" I ordered the flatbread cheese pizza and I actually really enjoyed it! The only thing was that they hardly put any sauce on the pizza.

This is our favorite pizza restaurant. The pizza has a lot of meat on it and cheese also. Also the crust is super good too.

My husband and i love this place. We always get the chicken bacon ranch pizza and it is just awesome! I love their salads as well. But that pizza....there arent enough words to describe how good it is everytime we come here. Thank yall for everything!

Hands down Best pizza in town! I also prefer the wings here over B-dubs or wing stop. Live music and Dollar beers on fridays and saturdays!

I ordered a pizza from here several months ago and when I got home with it there wasn’t anything right about it. I didn’t call them back to get it corrected I decided I wouldn’t go back. Well tonight we decided to try again and unfortunately I had the same results. I did this time ask for the manager and told him how I felt and that I would absolutely never return there again. He did offer to correct the order but I didn’t want to wait another 25 minutes to get a mediocre pizza. There are better alternatives in Tyler because this is the worst in the city to get a pizza. In fact I wouldn’t even rate this restaurant a 1 if I could it would rate out at zero.

I called to order a medium pizza to go !!! They said that they didn't have any medium pizzas ???? How does that happen ??? They had every other size tho !!! I love there pizza but I wont be back !!!

Food was good, but the incredible service we received from Robin is what prompted this review. It is hard for us to eat out due to multiple food allergies, but Robin was incredibly patient, helpful, and personally made a delicious salad. Thank you again for your great service!

Favorite pizza place in Tyler! They have good prices, generous cheese/toppings, and an amazing crust that is both chewy and crunchy! Really cant recommend them more for a classic American style pizza!

I ordered a personal pizza Togo on the phone. First off they were short on the phone with me and giggled whenever they picked up the line and said 4 times thank you for calling rounders. Then I come to pick up my pizza and I say my name and the people at the register just say “oh the sausage pizza.” Then walk away from me and don’t tell me anything. So I got to wait an additional 20 minutes for a small pizza. I understand things can get busy, but just some communication and politeness would have been appropriated. Not really worth the $9

Service was terrible. No greeting upon entry and no ‘thank you’ upon exiting. When my order was ready no one told me...had to go up after I noticed it was sitting out on the ready counter for 10 minutes. It sucks because the pizza was good but the service really ruined this place for me. :(

The food was really delicious. They have really good ranch dressing (something I've had a hard time finding) the people were nice. All the food came out in a timely manner. We went a little after 1pm on a Monday so it was pretty dead, but it looks like a great place to grab a pizza and watch a game. No arcade. But they do sell pizza by the slice, they even have a slice of the day.
